摘　　要：恶性肿瘤是严重威胁人类健康的重大疾病之一,且以促肿瘤血管生成或肿瘤免疫微环境等恶性生物学行为作为主要的驱动事件。近年S100A蛋白家族被作为生物标志物在多种肿瘤的诊断中广泛应用,参与细胞内外的生理和病理过程,S100A蛋白可与细胞表面的受体相结合,而这些受体可触发炎症信号通路。S100A蛋白家族与恶性肿瘤细胞的异常表达及肿瘤的发展、侵袭密切相关,可作为新型抗肿瘤靶向药物的作用靶点。因此,深入研究S100A蛋白家族在恶性肿瘤中的作用机制,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。Malignant tumor is one of the major diseases that threaten human health seriously,and malignant biological behaviors such as promoting tumor angiogenesis or tumor immune microenvironment are the main driving events.In recent years,S100A protein family has been widely used as a biomarker in the diagnosis of a variety of tumors,which participates in the physiological and pathological processes inside and outside the cells.S100A proteins can bind to receptors on the cell surface,and these receptors can trigger inflammatory signaling pathways.The S100A protein family is closely related to the abnormal expression of malignant tumor cells and the development and invasion of tumors,and can be used as the target of novel anti-tumor targeted drugs.Therefore,in-depth studies of the mechanism of S100A protein family in malignant tumors can provide new ideas for the treatment of related diseases.
