“双一流”背景下临床药学基层教研组织建设与实践——以四川大学为例

摘　　要：“双一流”建设对高校基层教研组织建设提出了更高要求,建设一流的基层教研组织是建设“一流本科”的有效路径。以四川大学临床药学专业基层教研组织在国家级一流专业建设中的改革创新与实践探索为例,从党建教研融合、师资队伍建设、教学改革创新、教学条件、学生发展、质量保障体系建设等多方面系统阐述临床药学一流本科专业建设思路与举措,为国内其他高校一流学科建设和基层教研组织建设提供参考与借鉴。The construction of“double first class”puts forward higher requirements for the construction of grassroots teaching and research organizations in colleges and universities,which is an effective way to build“firstclass undergraduate”.By taking the reform,innovation,and practical exploration of the grassroots teaching and research organization in the clinical pharmacy major at Sichuan University as an example,this paper systematically elucidates the ideas and measures for constructing a first-class undergraduate major in clinical pharmacy from various perspectives,including integrating teaching and research into party construction,enhancing faculty development,implementing teaching reforms and innovations,improving teaching facilities,fostering student growth,and establishing a quality assurance system.This study provides valuable insights for building first-class disciplines and grassroots teaching and research organizations in other domestic universities.
