摘  要:近年来,书院制改革成为众多高校探索人才培养新模式的切入点,经过十余年的发展,我国高校现代书院制发展呈现数量增多、多元模式并存、差异化发展的特点,但也存在双院协同育人界限不清、导师作用发挥有限、文化建构缺失等问题,为学生教育管理工作带来了诸多挑战。为持续推进书院制改革的良性发展,可通过对辅导员工作的重新定位,以辅导员工作的创新发展破解班级建设、书院文化建构、双院协同育人、辅导员专业化发展等实际问题。In recent years,the academy reform has become starting point for many colleges and universities to explore new mode of talent training,after more than ten years of development.The development of modern academy system in Chinese universities is characterized by an increase in the number of long-term institutions,the coexistence of multiple models and differentiated development.However there are also issues such as unclear boundaries in the joint education efforts of dual academies,limited role of tutors,and lack of cultural construction,which have brought many challenges to student education and management work.In order to continuously promote the benign development of the reform of the academy system,the practical problems such as class construction,academy culture construction,the cooperative education and the professional development of counselors can be solved by repositioning the work of counselors and the innovative development of the work of counselors.
