摘　　要：近年来,各大高校为了响应国家号召进行扩招,大学生数量逐年递增。与此同时,高校的师资力量也不断地壮大。由于现今越来越重视创新型人才的培养,而青年教师的科研以及教学水平直接影响到大学生专业能力的培养。因此,高等院校越来越重视通过提高青年教师的教学以及科研能力来促进高等教育的发展。就青年教师如何能够科研、教学两不误,使得教学推动科研发展、科研成果融入教学,提出了一些观点和看法。In recent years,in order to respond to the call of the state,the number of college students has increased year by year.At the same time,the faculty of colleges and universities is also growing.Among them,the proportion of young teachers in the teaching force of colleges and universities is increasing year by year.Therefore,colleges and universities pay more and more attention to promoting the development of higher education by improving the teaching and scientific research abilities of young teachers.So,how can young teachers balance research and teaching,make teaching promote the development of scientific research,and integrate scientific research results into teaching? In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the following views and opinions.
