摘 要:为了探讨聚丙烯纤维掺量对微表处混合材料路用性能的影响,本研究设计了湿轮磨耗实验、干轮辙变形实验和低温变形实验,研究在不同的韧性金属比下,不同聚丙烯纤维掺量对微表处沥青混合料耐磨、抗水损害性能、抗车辙性能和低温抗裂性能的影响。研究表明:聚丙烯纤维掺量应小于0.3%;同时,当油石比小于7.0%时,湿轮磨耗值随聚丙烯纤维掺量的增大而增大,当油石比小于7.0%时,湿轮磨耗值随聚丙烯纤维掺量的增大而减小;聚丙烯纤维在一定程度上可以提高微表处沥青混合料的抗车辙能力。此外,通过低温弯曲试验发现:掺加聚丙烯纤维可以较大幅度地对混合料的低温抗裂性能进行改善。To investigate the impact of polypropylene fiber content on the road performance of the micro-surface mixture,several tests were conducted,including the wet wheel abrasion test,rut deformation test and low-temperature bending test.These tests aimed to assess the influence of different polypropylene fiber contents on the mixture’s resistance to wear,water damage rutting,and low-temperature cracking under different oil-stone ratios.The results show that the content of polypropylene fiber should be less than 0.3%,and the wear value of wet wheel increases with the increase of polypropylene fiber contents when the oil-stone ratio is less than 7.0%,and decreases with the increase of polypropylene fiber contents when the oil-stone ratio is less than 7.0%.To a certain extent,polypropylene fiber can improve the rutting resistance of asphalt mixture at the micro-surface,In addition,through the low-temperature flexure test,it can be found that the addition of polypropylene fiber can greatly improve the low-temperature crack resistance of the mixture.
