高职院校军事体育训练效率管理及影响因素分析

摘　　要：依托高职院校定向培养军士是军队专业技能人才来源的重要渠道,其军事体育训练效率管理关乎学员在部队的发展进步。该研究运用数据包络分析法和Tobit回归模型,对13所高职院校在2018年-2021年间的军事体育训练管理情况与影响因素进行分析研究。研究表明,军事体育训练效率受引进的专业训管人员和新冠肺炎疫情影响明显。在影响军事体育训练效率管理的因素中,军事体育训练开展项目类型、有部队经历的教员在所有专职教员中的比率、伤病人数占总学员数的比率是影响高职院校军事体育训练效率管理的主要因素。The orientation training of higher vocational colleges is an important channel for the source of military professional skills talents.The efficiency management of military physical training is related to the development and progress of the trainees in the army.In this study,data enveloping analysis method and Tobit regression model are used to analyze the military physical train⁃ing management situation and influencing factors in 13 higher vocational colleges during 2018-2021.The research shows that the ef⁃ficiency of military physical training is significantly affected by the introduction of professional trainers and management personnel and the COVID-19 epidemic among the factors affecting the efficiency management of military physical training,the ratio of the number of injuries to the total number of trainees is the main factor affecting the efficiency management of military physical training in higher vocational colleges.
