重庆市某区青少年不良健康行为与焦虑抑郁的相关分析

摘　　要：目的 分析重庆市某区青少年不良健康行为和焦虑、抑郁的现状,为制定青少年焦虑、抑郁的防控策略提供科学依据。方法 采用分层整群抽样方法对重庆市某区6所学校的2 632名青少年进行网络问卷调查。结果 有16.8%的青少年曾吸烟;有61.2%的青少年曾饮酒;7.8%的青少年每周平均每天睡眠<6小时;17.6%的青少年有网络成瘾行为;4.6%的青少年存在抑郁高风险;有32.1%青少年存在焦虑情绪;11.0%的青少年在过去一年里有过自杀计划。多元logistic回归分析显示:性别、曾吸烟、曾饮酒、一周每天平均睡眠时间<6小时、网络成瘾、自杀意念是焦虑的影响因素;曾饮酒、一周每天平均睡眠时间<6小时、网络成瘾、自杀意念是抑郁的影响因素。结论 青少年的不健康心理行为问题令人担忧,需采取有效的综合措施进行干预。Objective To analyze the current situation of unhealthy behaviors,anxiety and depression among adolescents in a District of Chongqing,and to provide a scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies for adolescents’anxiety and depression.Methods By stratified cluster sampling,a total of 2632 adolescents from 6 schools in a district of Chongqing were surveyed by online questionnaire.Results The proportion of teenagers who had smoked was 16.8%;61.2%teenagers had drunk;7.8%teenagers slept less than 6 hours a week on average;17.6%teenagers had internet addiction;4.6%teenagers were at high risk of depression;32.1%teenagers had anxiety;11.0%teenagers had suicide plans in the past year.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that gender,smoking,drinking,average sleep time less than 6 hours a week,internet addiction and suicidal ideation were the influencing factors of anxiety;drinking alcohol,sleeping less than 6 hours a week,internet addiction and suicidal ideation are the influencing factors of depression(all P<0.05).Conclusion Adolescents’unhealthy psychological and behavioral problems are worrying,and effective comprehensive intervention measures are needed.
