摘 要:随着全球教育环境的快速变化,特别是技术革新和国际化趋势的影响,高等教育面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇。本科教育作为培养高素质人才的重要阶段,其质量直接影响着国家的创新能力和社会发展,因此高校必须通过教研教改项目培育来提升教育质量和适应性。本文深入探讨了高校教研教改项目培育的现实意义,系统地评估了高校在推进教研教改项目过程中面临的主要问题,并从资源分配、政策建设、培训激励、跨学科合作等四个维度提出了教研教改项目的培育策略,为推动高校高质量教研教改项目提供了支持。With the rapid changes in the global education environment,especially the impact of technological innovation and internationalization trends,higher education is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.Undergraduate education,as an important stage for cultivating high-quality talents,directly affects the country's innovation ability and social development.Therefore,universities urgently need to improve education quality and adaptability through teaching research and reform projects.This article delves into the practical significance of cultivating teaching research and reform projects in universities,systematically evaluates the main problems faced by universities in promoting teaching research and reform projects,and proposes cultivation strategies for teaching research and reform projects from four dimensions:resource allocation,policy construction,training incentives,and interdisciplinary cooperation,providing supports for promoting high-quality teaching research and reform projects in universities.
