单宁酸/氧化锌/聚乙烯醇复合膜的制备及其性能研究

摘  要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为基材,引入单宁酸(TA),氧化锌纳米粒子(ZnO NPs),溶入DMSO混合水溶液中,通过冻融法制备得到TA/ZnO/PVA复合膜。用扫描电子显微镜、万能拉力试验机、接触角测量仪和紫外分光光度计等表征了TA/ZnO/PVA复合膜的形貌结构、力学性能、亲水性和紫外防护性能等。结果表明:TA/ZnO/PVA复合膜表面均匀光滑,拉伸应力最大为1.41 MPa,断裂伸长率最大为670%,接触角最大为29.9°,复合膜中的羟基通过氢键等分子间相互作用,提升了复合材料的力学特性以及亲水性。当DMSO与水的比例为3∶7时,复合膜的紫外防护性能最好,紫外光透过率几乎为零,TA与ZnO NPs的加入提高了材料的紫外防护性能。因此,TA/ZnO/PVA复合膜因其优异的力学性能、亲水性和紫外防护性能,在制备防紫外线产品以及医用敷料等领域展现出了广阔的应用前景。Using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as the base material,tannic acid(TA)and zinc oxide nanoparticles(ZnO NPs)were introduced and dissolved in DMSO mixed aqueous solution.Then,TA/ZnO/PVA composite films were prepared by freeze-thaw.The morphology,mechanical properties,hydrophilicity,and UV protection properties of TA/ZnO/PVA composite films were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy,universal tensile testing machine,contact angle meter,and UV spectrophotometer.The results showed that TA/ZnO/PVA composite membrane had relative smooth surface,The maximum tensile stress is 1.41 MPa,with a maximum elongation at break of 670%,and a maximum contact angle of 29.9 degrees.The hydroxyl groups in the composite membrane enhance the mechanical properties and hydrophilicity of the composite material through intermolecular interactions such as hydrogen bonding.When the ratio of DMSO to water was 3 to 7,the UV protection performance of the composite film was the best,with almost zero UV transmittance.The addition of TA and ZnO NPs improved the UV protection performance of the material.The TA/ZnO/PVA composite membrane exhibits broad application prospects in the preparation of UV-resistant products and medical dressings due to its excellent mechanical properties,hydrophilicity,and UV protection performance.
