摘  要:为提升虚拟仿真实训教学中学生的虚拟仿真实训能力和深度学习效果,文章首先提出了18个假设,在此基础上构建了虚拟仿真实训系统的深度学习影响因素假设模型。接着,文章以参加“3D银行虚拟仿真实训系统”教学实训的湖北省多所应用型高校学生为研究对象展开问卷调查,通过问卷的收集与测试,确定了问卷的9个维度、50个题项。然后,文章搭建了虚拟仿真实训系统的深度学习影响因素结构方程模型,利用问卷调查数据对结构方程模型进行了拟合优度检验、假设检验和变量间效应值分析,发现:临场感和教师指导是影响深度学习策略的重要因素;自我效能感和教师指导是影响深度学习动机的主要因素;深度学习投入是影响深度学习结果的主要因素,而问题情境和协作学习显著影响深度学习投入;临场感、教师指导、问题情境均间接影响深度学习结果。基于此,文章针对如何促进学生在虚拟仿真实训中的深度学习提出建议,以期提升虚拟仿真实训教学的成效,推动虚拟仿真实训与深度学习的进一步融合。In order to improve students’virtual simulation practical training ability and deep learning effects in virtual simulation practical training teaching,this paper firstly put forward 18 hypotheses,and then constructed a hypothesis model of influencing factors of deep learning of virtual simulation practical training system.Then,this paper took students from several applied universities in Hubei Province who participated in teaching practical training of“3D bank virtual simulation practical training system”as research objects to carry out a questionnaire survey,and determined 9 dimensions and 50 items of the questionnaire through the collection and testing of the questionnaire.Then,this paper constructed a structural equation model of influencing factors of deep learning of virtual simulation practical training system,and conducted goodness of fit check,hypothesis test and inter-variable effect value analysis on the structural equation model using the questionnaire survey data.It was found that presence and teacher guidance were the important factors affecting deep learning strategies;self-efficacy and teacher guidance were the main factors affecting deep learning motivation;deep learning engagement was the main factor affecting deep learning outcome,and problem situation and collaborative learning significantly affected deep learning engagement;presence,teacher guidance and problem situation all had indirect effects on the deep learning outcome.Based on this,the paper put forward suggestions on how to promote students’deep learning in virtual simulation practical training,in order to improve the effectiveness of virtual simulation practical training teaching and promote the further integration of virtual simulation practical training and deep learning.
