摘  要:针对特种车辆装配现场的零配件运输过程中实时定位需求和避障问题,设计了一种固定线路磁引导型控制系统。该系统采用通用硬件和控制软件相结合的方式,硬件以西门子1200PLC为核心处理器,并搭载避障器,MOXA无线模块等装置,控制软件由AGV车载控制系统、导航系统、智能调度系统组成,可以有效控制AGV的行进和转向、导引和避障、监视AGV运动状态和位置并反馈详细信息等各项功能。经装配现场实际投入运行测试显示,该系统具有成本投入少,开发周期短且满足客户物料运输需求等优点。Aiming at the real-time positioning requirements and obstacle avoidance problems in the spare parts transportation process of the special vehicle assembly site,a fixed-line magnetic guidance control system is designed.The system adopts a combination of general-purpose hardware and control software.The hardware uses Siemens 120oPLC as the core processor,and is equipped with obstacle avoidance devices,MoxA wireless modules and other devices.The control software is composed of AGV vehicle control system,navigation system,and intelligent dispatching system.It can effectively control the AGV's travel and steering,guidance and obstacle avoidance,monitor the AGV's motion status and position,and feed back detailed information and other functions.The actual operation test at the assembly site shows that the system has the advantages of low cost investment,short development cycle and meeting customer material transportationneeds.
