摘 要:随着国家“双碳”政策的提出,分布式电源呈现“点多面广、局部高密度并网”的发展态势,分布式电源大规模接入,将加速有源配电网形成,给配电网安全稳定运行带来较大影响,通过分析高比例分布式电源对四平地区配电网电压控制、电力电量平衡、负荷预测、继电保护及安全运行风险等影响,提出了分布式电源对配电网运行影响的主要原因,并结合现场实际工作经验,在分布式电源承载力、电压调整、分布式电源出力预测、继电保护及安全自动装置、配电网运行安全风险等方面有针对性地提出应对措施。With the proposal of the national"dual carbon"policy,distributed power generation presents a development trend of"multiple points,wide areas,and local high-density grid connection".The large-scale integration of distributed power generation will accelerate the formation of active distribution networks and have a significant impact on the safe and stable operation of distribution networks.This article analyzes the impact of high proportion distributed power generation on voltage control,power balance,load forecasting,relay protection,and safe operation risks of the distribution network in Siping area,The main reasons for the impact of distributed power sources on the operation of distribution networks have been proposed from both theoretical and practical perspectives.Based on practical work experience on site,targeted measures have been proposed in areas such as the bearing capacity of distributed power sources,voltage adjustment,output prediction of distributed power sources,relay protection and safety automatic devices,as well as safety risks in distribution network operation.
