摘 要:为研究苎麻织物退浆与整理一浴法处理工艺,采用含纤维素酶和淀粉酶的复合酶处理苎麻织物,分别研究了pH值、温度、浴比、整理时间、酶质量分数对苎麻织物刺痒感的影响。结果表明:在pH值5.0,温度50℃,浴比1∶10,整理时间30 min,淀粉酶质量分数1.25%,纤维素酶质量分数1.00%条件下,苎麻织物刺痒感降低41.6%,退浆率达到92.8%,失重率为11.8%,经向纬向断裂强力损失率分别为11.2%和13.5%。该复合酶一浴法技术缩短了苎麻织物退浆与整理的工艺流程,降低了苎麻织物的刺痒感,并能保持较好的织物强力。In order to study the one bath process of ramie fabric desizing and finishing,a composite enzyme containing cellulase and amylase was used to treat ramie fabrics.The effects of pH value,temperature,bath ratio,treatment time,and enzyme concentration on the prickling sensation of ramie fabrics were studied respectively.The results showed that the prickling sensation of ramie fabric was reduced by 41.6%,the desizing rate was reached 92.8%,the rate of weight loss was 11.8% and the loss rates of breaking strength in warp and weft directions were 11.2% and 13.5% respectively,under the conditions of pH value 5.0,treatment temperature of 50℃,bath ratio 1∶10,treatment time 30 min,using amylase concentration of 1.25% and cellulase concentration of 1.00%.The one bath technology could shorten the process of ramie fabrics desizing and finishing,reduce the prickling sensation of ramie fabrics,and maintain better fabric strength.
