摘　　要：宫颈癌是全球发病率最高的女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤。本共识总结国内外该领域的指南、诊治经验和最新临床研究成果,在规范诊疗的基础上,结合中医诊疗实践,形成了中西医结合治疗人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染、宫颈上皮内瘤变、宫颈癌术后并发症、放疗和化疗不良反应以及辅助治疗方案,为中西医结合防治宫颈癌提供参考,提高中国宫颈癌防治水平,请各地医院专家根据实际情况参考应用。Cervical cancer is the most common gynecological malignancy worldwide.Based on guidelines,advanced domestic and international experience and the latest clinical research findings,this consensus standardizes the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer,formulates Chinese medicine treatment plans for HPV infection,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,postoperative complications of cervical cancer,adverse reactions to radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and adjuvant treatment,providing reference and learning resources for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer using integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,which aims to improve the prevention and treatment levels of cervical cancer in China.
