席纹状胶原瘤1例

摘　　要：58岁女性患者,右大阴唇结节3年。皮损组织病理检查示:真皮内可见一边界清楚的结节,由大量胶原纤维束组成,排列成席纹状,纤维束间见大量裂隙。诊断:席纹状胶原瘤。A 58-year-old female presented with a nodule on her right labia majora for 3 years.The patient had no history of systemic disease.The histopathology revealed that the dermis contains a well-defined,circumscribed non-encapsulated nodule consisting of numerous collagen fiber bundles that exhibit prominent clefts and were arranged in a storiform pattern.The patient was diagnosed with storiform collagenoma based on the combination of clinical manifestations and pathology.
