摘 要:错颌畸形是指上下颌骨关系异常导致咬合功能紊乱的一类口腔疾病。其发生原因复杂多样,包括遗传因素、环境因素和功能因素等。随着人们对口腔健康和美学的重视,错颌畸形的矫治越来越受到临床和科研的关注。随着数字化技术的发展,3D打印、计算机辅助设计等技术在错颌畸形矫治中得到了广泛应用,为矫治方案的精确制备和个体化治疗提供了技术支持。正畸材料的改良和创新使矫治器的适应性和舒适性得到提高。Malocclusion refers to a type of oral disease in which the relationship between the upper and lower jaw bones is abnormal,resulting in impaired occlusal function.The causes of its occurrence are complex and diverse,including genetic factors,environmental factors,and functional factors.With people's increasing emphasis on oral health and aesthetics,the correction of malocclusion is receiving more and more attention from clinical and scientific research.With the development of digital technology,3D printing,computer-aided design and other technologies have been widely applied in the correction of malocclusion,providing technical support for the precise preparation of orthodontic plans and personalized treatment of the disease.The improvement and innovation of orthodontic materials have improved the adaptability and comfort of orthodontic appliances.
