摘  要:为探讨SPOC联合“思考式”案例教学在“康复护理学”实训教学中的应用效果,选取黑龙江中医药大学护理学院2020级护理学专业四个班级的护理本科生(共135人)为研究对象,将研究对象以班级为单位随机抽取一班和四班为对照组,二班和三班为试验组。对照组接受常规实训教学,试验组接受SPOC联合“思考式”案例教学。实训结束后,比较评估两组学生成绩考核、自主学习能力、临床思维能力及满意度,并采用SPSS22.0进行t检验。试验组学生教学后理论成绩和实训技能成绩明显比对照组分数高;试验组学生自主学习能力高于对照组;试验组学生在临床思维能力和满意度方面均比对照组高。SPOC联合“思考式”案例教学能有效提高护理本科生理论及实训学习成绩、临床思维能力,增强自主学习能力,提高了教学质量及学生对实训教学的满意度。To explore the application effect of SPOC combined with“thinking”case teaching in the practical teaching of Rehabilitation Nursing,four classes of nursing undergraduates(135 in total)from the School of Nursing,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine was selected as the object of study,and Class 1 and Class 4 were randomly selected as the control group,while Class 2 and Class 3 were the experimental group.The control group received routine training teaching,while the experimental group received SPOC combined with“thinking”case teaching.After the practical training,the students’performance evaluation,autonomous learning ability,clinical thinking ability and satisfaction evaluation were compared between the two groups.T-test was conducted by SPSS22.0.The scores of students in the experimental group(theoretical knowledge and practical skills)were higher than those in the control group.In addition,the students’autonomous learning ability in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.The clinical thinking ability and satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group.SPOC combined with“thinking”case teaching can effectively improve the academic performance and clinical thinking ability of nursing undergraduates,enhance their autonomous learning ability,and improve the teaching quality and students’satisfaction with practical teaching.
