摘 要:滑溜水压裂液替代瓜尔胶压裂液并应用于非常规油气压裂液已取得巨大成功,但常规滑溜水压裂液携砂性能较差这一缺点无法得到有效的解决。因此,在常规滑溜水的基础上,提出了粘度可调的变粘滑溜水体系。为了明确瓜胶压裂液、常规滑溜水压裂液和变粘滑溜水压裂液三种体系之间的差异,本文系统性评价与比较了三种体系的流变、携砂与破胶性能,并结合非常规油气藏储层特征与开发技术难点,分析三种体系之间存在的优缺点。研究表明:相较于瓜胶压裂液和常规的滑溜水,变粘滑溜水在兼顾了增粘与携砂性能的基础上,也表现出了良好的破胶性能及低残渣含量的特点。此外,它还具备一定的减阻性能,使其成为未来常规压裂液体系的主要潜在替代产品。本研究为其他研究非常规油气藏水基压裂液技术的科研人员提供一定的借鉴。Slippery water fracturing fluid has been successfully applied to unconventional oil and gas fracturing fluid instead of Guar gum fracturing fluid,but the conventional slippery water fracturing fluid has poor sand carrying performance,which cannot be effectively solved.Therefore,on the basis of con-ventional slippery water,a system of variable viscosity slippery water with adjustable viscosity was pro-posed.In order to clarify the differences among the three systems of melon gum fracturing fluid,con-ventional slickwater fracturing fluid and variable-viscose slickwater fracturing fluid,this paper system-atically evaluated and compared the rheology,sand carrying and rubber breaking properties of the three systems,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the three systems combined with the charac-teristics of unconventional reservoirs and development technical difficulties.The research shows that compared with the melon gum fracturing fluid and conventional slippery water,the variable-viscose slippery water still has good rubber breaking performance and low residue content on the basis of taking into account the viscosification and sand carrying properties.At the same time,it also has a certain drag reduction performance.It is the main alternative product for the conventional fracturing fluid system in the future.This study can be used as a reference for other researchers studying water-based fracturing fluid technology in unconventional reservoirs.
