摘 要:通过体外经皮渗透和细胞实验,探讨了鼠李糖硅烷醇对羟基频哪酮视黄酸酯(HPR)的协同增效作用。在透皮试验中证明了鼠李糖硅烷醇对HPR具有促渗透的效果,与对照组相比,在皮下检测到的HPR含量明显增高;在基因RARg和RBP1的表达测试中,结果显示含10%鼠李糖硅烷醇溶液对HPR具有功效增强的效果,基因表达较对照组明显提升。由此可见,鼠李糖硅烷醇对HPR在皮肤透皮吸收中具有促进作用,可以进一步应用到抗衰老化妆品配方技术中。The synergistic effect of rhamnose-silanol on hydroxy-retinol(HPR)was studied by transdermal absorption and in vitro cell as-say.The transdermal absorption test proved that sirhamnose had effect of promoting HPR penetration,and the content of HPR detected under the skin was significantly increased compared with control group.Moreover,in the expression tests of genes RARg and RBP1,the results proved that the solution containing 10%sirhamnose had synergetic interaction with HPR,and the genes expression were significantly improved compared with the control group.In conclusion,sirhamnose significantly promoted transdermal absorption of HPR in the skin,and can be further applied to anti-aging cosmetics.
