摘 要:微生物学与免疫学是医学院校多个专业的基础必修课,而微生物学与免疫学实验课程作为理论课的延伸,在促进理论知识掌握的同时,也锻炼了学生的专业实践能力,是培养创新型应用人才的重要环节。BOPPPS教学模式强调学生在课堂中的主动角色,秉持“以学为中心”的教学理念,围绕“参与式互动学习”的核心,引导学生进行探究式学习。本文结合微生物学与免疫学实验课程定位与目标,分析传统实验教学模式和BOPPPS教学模式的特点,以综合性实验“咽部细菌的革兰染色与药敏试验”为例,探索BOPPPS模式在实验教学中的具体应用模式,以期为提高微生物学与免疫学及相关课程的实验教学质量提供参考。Microbiology and immunology is a basic compulsory course for multiple majors in medical college education system.As an extension of theoretical courses,microbiology and immunology experimental course not only promotes the mastery of theoretical knowledge,but also provides training for students’professional practical ability,which is an important part of cultivating innovative and applied talents.BOPPPS teaching mode emphasizes the active role of students in the classroom,adheres to the teaching concept of"learning as the center",and guides students to conduct inquiry learning around the core value of"participatory interactive learning".Combined with the orientation and goal of microbiology and immunology experimental course,this paper compares characteristics of BOPPPS with traditional experimental teaching model,and takes the comprehensive experiment"Gram staining and drug sensitivity test of pharyngeal bacteria"as an example to explore the specific application mode of BOPPPS in experimental teaching program.The results of study provides important references for improving the experimental teaching quality of microbiology and immunology and related courses.
