摘　　要：数字经济已成为驱动中国经济快速增长的新引擎,数字经济所催生出的各种新业态,也将成为中国经济新的重要增长点。经济新形态,商业新业态对商业人才培养提出了新要求,“数字+商业”跨界复合型人才培养迫在眉睫,职业院校如何解决传统商业类人才培养中的数字教育欠缺、专业知识条块分割、技能纵深训练不够,知识横向迁移不足等问题,是数字商业人才培养的关键,也是本研究的重点。本文以无锡商业职业技术学院为例,研究探讨多维跨界融合的数字商业人才培养问题。Digital economy has become the new engine driving the growth of Chinese economy rapidly.Various new forms of industries growing with digital economy will become the new important growth points of Chinese economy.The new forms of economy and commerce require for the improved talents cultivation of business,and the training of“digital+commercial”cross-border and inter-disciplinary talents is in urgent need.How the vocational colleges solve these problems,such as the lack of digital education,the fragmentation of professional knowledge,the inefficient skill depth training and knowledge lateral transfer,is the key to digital business talents cultivation,and also the focus of this study.The paper takes Wuxi Vocational Institute Of Commerce as an example to study the talent training problem of the multi-dimensional cross-border integration of digital business.
