摘　　要：简述了黑水虻的生物学特性和营养价值;以及黑水虻代替鱼粉、抗菌肽的提取和转化蓝藻藻泥的应用研究现状。指出,黑水虻具有繁殖能力强、养殖成本低、无毒无污染等优点,其蛋白质含量较高、氨基酸种类丰富,且含有多种动物机体所需的维生素、微量元素和脂肪酸,是一种具有潜力的新型昆虫类蛋白源。提出,黑水虻养殖属于新兴养殖产业,非常适合作为饲料蛋白源应用于水产养殖业。The biological characteristics and nutritional value of Hermetia illucens were briefly described.As well as the application research status of Hermetia illucens instead of fish meal,extraction of antimicrobial peptides and transformation of cyanobacteria mud.It is pointed out that Hermetia illucens has the advantages of strong reproduction ability,low breeding cost,non-toxic and pollution-free,high protein content,rich amino acids,and contains a variety of vitamins,trace elements and fatty acids required by animal body,which is a potential new insect protein source.It is pointed out that the culture of Hermetia illucens is emerging aquaculture industry,which is very suitable to be used as feed protein source in aquaculture industry.
