摘　　要：“传统”文化的生产常常被视为天才行为,如同神秘的“黑箱”,似乎没有人能够打开它以探其奥秘,经济学对此就更是束手无策。但是,随着新兴的创意产业的崛起,文化企业特别是跨国文化帝国的崛起,“传统”文化的生产方式也随之改变,企业已经取代个体成为资源配置与生产组织的重要主体。因此,文化经济学有必要研究文化经济组织与管理问题。而凯夫斯的研究显然是这个领域的开山之作,他尝试以管理组织为基点探索创意产业管理,特别是创意与经济之间关联的管理秘诀,为我们打开创意管理的“黑箱”:创意行为的经济特征,是我们理解创意管理的组织为什么如其所是的重要前提;创意管理的合同(和组织)的奥秘,帮助我们理解创意管理的组织是怎样安排的,特别是财产权、控制权如何实现最佳配置,以便实现效率最优。The production of“traditional”culture is often regarded as an act of genius,just like a mysterious“black box”that no one can open to explore its secrets,and economics is even more helpless.However,with the rise of creative industries and cultural enterprises,especially multinational cultural empires,the production mode of“traditional”culture has also changed.Enterprises have replaced individuals as essential subjects of resource allocation and production organization.Therefore,it is necessary for cultural economics to study the organization and management of the cultural economy.Caves’research is a pioneering work in this field.He tries to explore the management of creative industries,especially the management secret of the link between creativity and economy from the base of the management organization.He unveils the“black box”of creative management for us:the economic characteristics of creative behavior,which is a crucial precondition for our comprehension of the rationale behind the organizations of creative management,and the contractual(and organizational)mysteries of creative management,which is the key to understand how the organization of creative management is arranged,and in particular,how the rights to property and control are optimally configured to achieve optimal efficiency.
