摘　　要：目的 探讨医院环境与文化建设的协同发展对医院综合品质的影响。方法 以某公立医院为例,通过改进总体布局、加强环境秩序和景观建设,塑造医院品牌形象,培育和谐文化氛围。结果 通过不懈努力医院总体环境得到极大改善,医疗工作效率、品牌形象、综合实力和社会影响力均不同程度提升,打造出了环境文化品牌,塑造了良好的医院形象。结论 医院环境文化建设中的不断努力与投入,带来的不仅仅是医院环境改善,更对医院医疗工作效率、文化建设、品牌建设、综合实力、社会影响力等多方面起到重要促进作用,为医院环境与文化建设的协同发展提供了有益的实践经验和理论支持。Objective To explore the impact of coordinated development of hospital environment and culture on hospital quality.Methods Taking a public hospital as an example,the hospital brand image was shaped and a harmonious cultural atmosphere was fostered through the improvement of the general layout and the enhancement of environmental order and landscape construction.Results Through unremitting efforts,the overall environment of the hospital has been greatly improved,medical work efficiency,brand image,comprehensive strength and social influence have been enhanced to varying degrees,creating an environmental culture brand and shaping a good hospital image.Conclusion The continuous efforts and investment in hospital environment and culture construction not only bring about the improvement of the hospital environment,but also play an important role in promoting the hospital's medical work efficiency,cultural construction,brand construction,comprehensive strength,and social influence.These efforts provide useful practical experience and theoretical support for the coordinated development of hospital environment and culture construction.
