摘  要:信息技术的发展为教师专业发展创造了新目标,提供了新途径。教师整合技术的学科教学知识(TPACK)的提升对于提高临床教师数字素养,提升教学学术水平,促进智能教育背景下临床教师专业发展具有重要意义。本研究以发展临床教师TPACK能力为目标,着重培养临床教师的教学设计、创新和自主学习能力,构建临床教师数字素养培训课程体系,通过问卷调查法调查培训效果和课程满意度。研究结果显示,基于TPACK框架的临床教师教学能力培训,以信息技术为基础,在培训中深层融入临床教师的学科专业知识、教学法知识,从而达到培训的目的,在实践中提升临床教师数字素养。The development of information technology has created new goals and provided new ways for teachers'professional development.The improvement of teachers'technological pedagogical and content knowledge(TPACK)is of great significance to improve clinical teachers'digital literacy,enhance teaching academic level,and promote clinical teachers'professional development under the background of intelligent education.This study aims to develop clinical teachers'TPACK ability,focuses on cultivating clinical teachers'teaching design,innovation and independent learning ability,builds a training course system for clinical teachers'digital literacy,and investigates the training effect and course satisfaction through questionnaire survey.The research results show that the training of clinical teachers'teaching competence based on TPACK framework integrates the subject professional knowledge and pedagogical knowledge of clinical teachers in the training,so as to achieve the purpose of training and improve the digital literacy of clinical teachers in practice.
