摘 要:铁路综合客运枢纽站城融合发展已经成为城市高质量发展的重要催化剂,亟需科学决策铁路综合客运枢纽站城融合的开发规模和力度。通过铁路综合客运枢纽站城融合评价指标体系评价原则构建,从交通发展水平、土地利用水平和站城衔接水平3个准则层,提出铁路综合客运枢纽站城融合评价指标体系,建立基于BWM-EWM的铁路综合客运枢纽站城融合发展水平评价模型。以北京南站、上海虹桥站、南京南站、深圳北站和重庆沙坪坝站5个典型铁路综合客运枢纽进行实证分析,研究结果表明:南京南站具有较好的站城融合水平,还需要进一步强化枢纽统筹协调、提高站城衔接水平,集中开发枢纽用地、提高土地开发效益。The station-city integrated development of railway passenger hubs has become an effective catalyst for high-quality ur⁃ban development,and there is an urgent need for scientific decision-making on the station-city integrated development scale and inten⁃sity of railway passenger hubs.Based on the evaluation principles of the station-city integration evaluation index system for railway pas⁃senger hubs,this paper proposes an evaluation index system for railway passenger hubs station-city integration from three criteria lev⁃els:transportation development level,land use level,and station-city connection level.A BWM-EWM based evaluation model for the station-city integrated development of railway passenger hub integration is established.Empirical analysis was conducted on five typi⁃cal railway passenger hubs including Beijing South Station,Shanghai Hongqiao Station,Nanjing South Station,Shenzhen North Station,and Chongqing Shapingba Station.The research results showed that the station-city integration of Nanjing South Station is preferable,and it is necessary to further strengthen of hub coordination,improve station-city coordination,develop hub land in a concentrated way and improve land development efficiency.
