退役军人参与高校国防教育的路径研究

摘　　要：退役军人本身具有的优秀品质,是传承红色基因和开展国防教育的重要资源。退役军人参与高校国防教育,既能推动高校思想政治教育工作和人才培养,也能促进了退役军人高质量就业。通过梳理退役军人参与高校国防教育的优势,从多维度分析退役军人参与高校国防教育存在的问题,并从政府、高校和退役军人自身角度,有针对性地提出对策建议,旨在促进高校国防教育工作高质量发展。The outstanding qualities of the veterans are important resources for inheriting the red gene and developing national defense education.The participation of ex-servicemen in National Defense Education of colleges and universities is an important measure to promote ideological and political education and personnel training,and also a key channel to promote high-quality employment of ex-servicemen.This paper combs the advantages of the participation of the ex-servicemen in the National Defense Education of colleges and universities,analyzes the problems existing in the participation of the ex-servicemen in the National Defense Education in colleges and universities from multi-dimensions,and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of the government,colleges and the ex-servicemen themselves,in order to promote the high-quality development of national defense education of colleges and universities.
