摘  要:针对大学生各年级的学习内容及目标,精心设计各阶段主题班会的教育内容和形式,提出“112”大学生涯规划基本框架,引导学生“私人定制”各阶段学习目标,营造良好的学习风气。通过“学院—学工—教师”三方合力,“产学研赛”四融合,协同构建“课堂教学—学科竞赛—课外实践”的“三位一体”阶段递进式“创意—创新—创业”的“三创”实践平台,“思教融合”形成价值引领与能力培养同频共振的育人模式,激发学生的专业兴趣,引领学风建设,培养学生的创新创业能力、工程实践能力和工程领导力。According to the learning content and goals of each grade of college students,the content and form of themed class meeting education at each stage are carefully designed,the basic framework of“112”college career planning is proposed,and students are guided to“private customize”the learning goals at each stage,so as to create a good learning atmosphere.Through the“college-student-conselor-teacher”tripartite collaboration and the fourdimensional integration of“production-study-research-competition”,the practice platform of“creativity-innovationentrepreneurship”which includes a three-in-one four-stage progressive approach of“classroom teaching,discipline competition and extracurricular practice”has been constructed collaboratively,and the education mode of value guidance and ability cultivation synergistically through“integration of thinking and education”,to stimulate students’professional interest,form better atmosphere of learning,and to cultivate students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability,engineering practice ability and engineering leadership.
