摘　　要：在当前不断深入的教育改革大环境下,高校重点实验室的教改与建设越发凸显出其提升人才培养效果和教育教学质量的重要角色。着眼于高校重点实验室教改的现实意义和功能作用,探讨了重点实验室在教育教学中的作用,以及如何加强教改与创新人才的培养,为创新型人才的培养提供充分支持。针对这一背景,重点实验室的教改与建设需要推动教学与科研融合发展,加强重点实验室的教师队伍建设,引入创新教学理念和方法,激发学生的创新潜能,融合蓝色渔业产业学院建设研究与实践经验,培养学生的实践能力和创新精神,以期为推动高校教育教学工作更快更好发展提供些许助力。In the current context of in-depth educational reform,the teaching reform and construction of key laboratories in universities have increasingly demonstrated their significance in enhancing the effectiveness of talent cultivation and the quality of education and teaching.This article explores the practical significance and functional role of the teaching reform of key laboratories in universities,discusses their role in education and teaching,and proposes ways to strengthen teaching reform and cultivate innovative talents,providing adequate support for the cultivation of innovative talents.Against this background,we argue that the teaching reform and construction of key laboratories should promote the integrated development of teaching and research,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of key laboratories,introduce innovative teaching concepts and methods,stimulate students’innovative potential,integrate the research and practical experience of the Blue Fisheries Industry Academy,and cultivate students’practical ability and innovative spirit.These efforts aim to contribute to the faster and better development of higher education and teaching work.
