摘 要:中职“1+X”证书制度通过明确定义学历证书和职业技能证书,构建了灵活多样的证书体系,为中等职业教育提供了基础。介绍了“1+X”证书制度的基本原理、制度目标和政策支持,选取中职会计专业为例详细介绍了“1+X”证书制度在中职教育中的制度要求和实施情况,并对中职会计教师团队的组成、结构和专业能力进行了分析。讨论了“1+X”证书制度对会计教师团队能力的影响,包括其激励作用、提升教师专业水平的影响以及对团队协作和交流的促进作用。The“1+X”certificate system in secondary vocational education has established a flexible and diverse certificate system by clearly defining academic qualifications and vocational skill certificates,providing a foundation for secondary vocational education.This article first introduces the basic principle,institutional goals,and policy support of the“1+X”certificate system.Taking the accounting profession as an example,it provides a detailed introduction to the institutional requirements and implementation of the“1+X”certificate system in secondary vocational education.It also analyzes the composition,structure,and professional ability of the accounting teacher team in secondary vocational education.Finally,the article discusses the impact of the“1+X”certificate system on the ability of accounting teacher teams,including its motivating effect,the impact on improving teacher professional level,and the promoting effect on team collaboration and communication.
