摘 要:冷制粒的高纤维颗粒饲料对部分家禽具有降低饲料成本,促进肠道健康的作用,但高粗纤维颗粒饲料的冷制粒生产常存在颗粒质量不佳的问题。本试验旨在通过评价不同种类和配制比例的淀粉类粘结剂对部分家禽高纤维饲料冷制粒的颗粒质量的影响,筛选提高颗粒质量的粘结剂和应用水平。试验分为10个处理,对照组为通过稻壳配制粗纤维含量为8.0%的高纤维基础饲粮;试验组9个,采用3×3双因素设计,因素一为粘结剂,分别为高筋面粉、预糊化淀粉、辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠;因素二为粘结剂水平,用粘结剂分别替代基础饲粮重量的1.5%、3%、4.5%。结果表明:(1)阴干3 h后,随着粘合剂种类的变化(高筋面粉~辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠),颗粒饲料的稳定性极显著提高(P <0.01),硬度极显著降低(P <0.01)。(2)阴干24 h后,随着粘合剂种类的变化(高筋面粉~辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠),颗粒饲料的硬度极显著提高(P <0.01)。(3)阴干3 h和24 h后,随着粘合剂使用水平的提高(1.5%~4.5%),颗粒饲料的各项指标均无显著改善(P> 0.05)。在高纤维饲料中使用1.5%的辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠作为粘合剂,阴干24 h,可使高纤维饲料获得最佳冷制粒颗粒质量。High-fiber feeds pelleted under cold conditions are helpful for adult poultry and goslings to reduce feed costs and promote intestinal health.However,the pellet quality of cold-pelleted high crude fiber feeds often needs improvement.This trial was designed to evaluate the effect of different types and ratios of starch-based binders on the quality of cold-pelleted high-fiber feeds for poultry and to screen binders and levels that improve pellet quality.The experiment was divided into ten treatments;the control group was a high fiber basal diet prepared using rice husk with a crude fiber content of 8.0%.The experimental group used a 3 ×3 two-factors design.Factor one was binder,high gluten wheat flour,pre-dextrinized starch,and modified starch.Factor two was three binder application levels,respectively,replacing 1.5%,3% and 4.5% of the basal diet.The results showed that:(1)After 3 hours of shade drying,the stability of the pellets increased significantly(P < 0.01),and the hardness decreased significantly(P < 0.01)with the change in binder type(high gluten flour ~ sodium octenyl succinate).(2)After 24 hours of shade drying,the hardness of the pellets increased significantly(P < 0.01)with the type of binder(high gluten flour ~ sodium octenyl succinate starch).(3)After 3 hours and 24 hours of shade drying,there was no significant improvement(P > 0.05)in all indicators of pelleted feed with increasing levels of binder used(1.5% ~ 4.5%).Therefore,using 1.5%modified starch as a binder in high fiber feeds,shade dried for 24 hours,resulted in the best cold pelleting pellet quality for high fiber feeds.
