摘 要:为揭示师生同学关系对学习倦怠的影响机理及差异,采用纵向研究,通过校内人际关系量表、体育专业大学生歧视知觉量表、积极心理资本量表与大学生学习倦怠量表,对3964名体育专业大学生进行间隔6个月的两次施测.结果发现:(1)师生同学关系对学习倦怠可以起到显著的负向预测作用;(2)在师生同学关系对学习倦怠影响中,歧视知觉和心理资本发挥链式中介效应;(3)与同学关系相比,无论是直接效应路径还是间接效应路径,师生关系对学习倦怠预测水平要更强(χ^(2)=68.08,df=1,P<0.001,-0.109 vs-0.236).To reveal the mechanism and differences in the influence of teacher-student relationship and peer relationship on academic burnout,a longitudinal study was conducted by administering the Intramural Interpersonal Relationship Scale,the Perceptions of Discrimination Scale for Physical Education Students,the Positive Psychological Capital Scale,and the Burnout Scale for College Students to 2,089 physical education students at six-month intervals.The results found that:(1)teacher-student and peers relationships can play a significant negative predictive role on academic burnout:(2)discrimination perceptions and psychological capital play a chain-mediated effect in teacher-student and peers relationships and academic burnout:(3)teacher-student relationships have a stronger predictive level of academic burnout than peers relationships,both in the direct effect pathway and the indirect effect pathway.
