摘　　要：随着全球气候变化的加剧,酿酒高粱的种植与酿造已成为众多研究的热点,相关的气候区域研究也日益受到关注。本文在综合遴选了大量相关文献的基础上,对酿酒高粱气候区域的研究进展进行了系统阐述。文章对酿酒高粱的相关特征进行了介绍,指出其对环境温度、降水、日照等气候因素的要求较高,且种植与酿造的区域因此受到限制。其次,文中分别从区划指标和研究方法两个方面进行了论述。在区划指标方面,文中提出了温度、降水量、温差、日照时数等指标对于酿酒高粱的适宜性具有较大影响,且在不同地区的适宜区间存在差异。在研究方法方面,文章涵盖了数值模拟、统计分析、遥感技术等多种研究方法,并对各种方法的优缺点进行了比较。此外,文章还介绍了酿酒高粱气候区域研究包括区域定位、环境因素分析、适宜性评价等方面,并指出了当前研究中存在的一些问题与不足。最后,文章对未来酿酒高粱气候区域研究的前景进行了展望,提出了需要深入研究的关键问题与方向,以期为相关领域的研究和实践提供参考。总之,本文对酿酒高粱气候区域研究进行了全面深入地探讨,从多个角度对相关领域的研究现状进行了梳理与分析。对于进一步深入研究酿酒高粱气候区域适宜性的探索具有重要的意义。With the intensification of global climate change,the cultivation and brewing of brewing sorghum has become a hotspot of many studies,and related climate regional studies have also attracted increasing attention.On the basis of selecting a large number of relevant literature,the research progress of the climate region of brewing sorghum is systematically expounded.This paper introduces the relevant characteristics of brewing sorghum,and points out that it has a high requirement on the environmental temperature,precipitation,sunshine and other climatic factors,and the area of planting and brewing is therefore limited.Secondly,this paper discusses from two aspects of zoning indicators and research methods.In terms of regionalization indicators,the paper proposes that temperature,precipitation,temperature difference,sunshine hours and other indicators have a great influence on the suitability of brewing sorghum,and there are differences in the suitable interval of different regions.In terms of research methods,this paper covers various research methods,such as numerical simulation,statistical analysis and remote sensing technology,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various methods.In addition,the paper also introduces the regional climate research of brewing sorghum,including regional positioning,environmental factor analysis,suitability evaluation and other aspects,and points out some problems and deficiencies in the current research.Finally,the paper prospects the prospect of future brewing sorghum climate regional research,and puts forward the key issues and directions for in-depth research,in order to provide reference for research and practice in related fields.In short,this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth discussion of the research of brewing sorghum climate region,and combs and analyzes the research status in related fields from multiple perspectives.It is of great significance to further study the exploration of climate suitability of brewing sorghum.
