摘　　要：生化池系统依靠各种微生物去分解污水中的有机污染物,出水水质的好坏与微生物的活性息息相关。污水生物相观察诊断是监控污水运行的必备检测技术之一,能够及时准确地反映水质的变化和系统运行的好坏。通过对酿酒废水生化池系统中污水生物相的长期动态观察,分析指示性微生物的形态、种类、数量和优势度等与污水处理系统运行间的关系,能够及时对工艺系统做出相应优化与调整,指导污水处理厂高效稳定运行。The biochemical tank system relies on various microorganisms to decompose organic pollutants in wastewater,and the quality of the effluent is closely related to the activity of microorganisms.Observation and diagnosis of sewage biota is one of the necessary detection technologies for controlling sewage operation,which can timely and accurately reflect changes in water quality and the quality of system operation.Through long-term dynamic observation of the biological phase of wastewater in the biochemical tank system of brewery wastewater,the relationship between the morphology,species,quantity,and dominance of indicative microorganisms and the operation of the wastewater treatment system can be analyzed,and corresponding optimization and adjustment can be made to the process system in a timely manner,guiding the efficient and stable operation of the wastewater treatment plant.
