摘 要:超声生物显微镜(UBM)是对复杂虹膜-睫状复合体进行高分辨率成像的一种非侵入性超声技术,尤其适用于角膜混浊及其他屈光介质不清的眼前段疾病。UBM成像现已广泛应用于成人,而在儿科人群中,因绝大部分眼前节疾病伴有角膜混浊,且无法提供详细病史,检查依存性差,因此UBM在小儿眼科中显得至关重要。本文就UBM在儿科常见眼病中的应用进展进行综述。Ultrasound biomicroscopy(UBM)is a non-invasive ultrasound technique for high-resolution imaging of complex iridociliary complexes,especially for anterior segment diseases of corneal opacity and other refractive mediums.UBM imaging has been widely used in adults,but in pediatric population,UBM is very important in pediatric ophthalmology because most of the anterior segment diseases are accompanied by corneal opacity,and the detailed medical history cannot be provided and the examination is not cooperative.This article reviews the application progress of UBM in pediatric common eye diseases.
