摘  要:牡丹籽油中含有丰富的营养成分,与牡丹籽油同属的芍药籽油中也富含较多的不饱和脂肪酸,其主要组分包括油酸、亚油酸以及α-亚麻酸等脂肪酸性成分,具有抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎、预防心血管疾病以及调节机体免疫等多方面的功效与保健功能。通过对芍药籽油的种质资源分布和五种提取方式进行综述,并对其中的营养成分进行研究分析,以期为芍药籽油的进一步开发利用提供相关理论依据。Peony seed oil is rich in nutrients,and peony seed oil belonging to the same peony seed oil is also rich in more unsaturated fatty acids,its main components include oleic acid,linoleic acid andα-linolenic acid and other fatty acid components,with antioxidant,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,prevention of cardiovascular disease and regulation of immunity and other aspects of efficacy and health care function.The distribution of germplasm resources and five extraction methods of peony seed oil were reviewed,and the nutrients in it were studied and analyzed,in order to provide relevant theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of peony seed oil.
