摘 要:将可持续发展以及绿色环保意识融入到教育教学中已成为药学专业教学的重要内容之一。介绍了一个有机化学综合创新性实验,在Suzuki偶联反应中使用廉价且易于回收的钯碳作为绿色催化剂,以乙醇和水的溶液作为反应溶剂,无需加入膦配体以及使用惰性气体保护的条件下,高效、绿色的合成联苯类化合物。实验过程中采用薄层色谱法检测反应进程,实验后处理使用柱层析方法分离产品。该实验的实施有利于加深学生对绿色化学理念的理解、激发学生对药物分子合成的科研兴趣,并可以提高学生的有机合成单元操作技术与数据分析能力,综合培养了学生的创新能力。The introduction of sustainable development and green environmental awareness into course teaching has become one of the important goals of pharmaceutical education.A comprehensive and innovative experiment in Organic Chemistry was presented.For the Suzuki coupling reaction,palladium carbon was used as green catalyst,ethanol and water solution was used as reaction solvent,no phosphine ligands are added and inert gas was used in this system.Thin-layer chromatography was used to detect the reaction process,and column chromatography was used to separate the product after the experiment.The experiment was beneficial for students to improve their understanding of the concept of green chemistry,stimulate their scientific interest in the synthesis of drug molecules,and can enhance the operational techniques of organic synthesis and the ability of data analysis.Eventually,innovative skills can be developed by this laboratory course.
