高职院校药品生产技术专业教学及就业现状分析

摘　　要：高等职业教育的最终目标是培养高素质技术技能人才,理论教学和实践教学是人才培养过程中不可或缺的环节,也是高职院校发展的“生命线”。目前医药行业正在进行产业升级、转型发展,因此对药品生产技术专业的学生提出了更高的要求,尤其是在理论及实践教学方面。本文对医药行业所需人才进行了简要概述,对药品生产技术专业及其教学现状进行了分析,进而提出药品生产技术专业在教学方面的改善措施及发展趋势,为更好地提升学生专业素养能力,提高毕业生的就业质量,以适应社会和企业发展提供了参考。The ultimate goal of higher vocational education is to cultivate high-quality technical talents.Education and practical teaching are indispensable links in the process of talent training,and also the"lifeline"of the development of higher vocational colleges.At present,the pharmaceutical industry is undergoing industrial upgrading and transformation development,so higher requirements are put forward for students majoring in pharmaceutical production technology,especially in teaching and practical teaching.This paper introduced the a brief overview of the talent needed by the pharmaceutical industry,the pharmaceutical production technology and its teaching are analyzed,and pharmaceutical production technology improvement measures and development trend in teaching,to better promote students'professional ability,improve the quality of the employment of graduates,to adapt to the society and enterprise development provides reference.
