摘  要:[目的]盾构法联络通道施工过程中,顶推及切削作用将导致隧道交叉连接处受力显著变化,加剧破洞影响,减弱安全性能。为高效实现施工控制,需对主隧道结构受力特性进行深入研究。[方法]以天津地铁首个盾构法联络通道工程实例为依托,结合有限元软件模拟盾构法联络通道施工过程,分析该工法对主隧道结构受力与变形的影响,并提出相应控制措施。[结果及结论]在联络通道始发阶段,始发隧道受顶推和切削作用,洞口附近管片变形与受力变化显著,洞口对侧拱腰处管片水平位移最大;在接收阶段,接收隧道受切削作用和土体开挖卸荷影响,洞口附近管片内力变化显著,产生偏向联络通道的变形。整体上,受影响范围主要集中在联络通道轴线两侧各约10 m范围内,约3倍联络通道外径。基于此,需关注被顶推及洞口附近等重点位置管片,在保障施工安全的前提下,可优化内支撑体系,通过减少台车撑靴支撑范围至2倍联络通道外径、减小台车钢板厚度或支撑钢管壁厚等方式降低工程造价。[Objective]During the construction of shield method connecting passage,the jacking and cutting actions cause significant changes in the stress at tunnel intersection,exacerbating the impact of breakthroughs and reducing safety performance.To efficiently achieve construction control,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study of the stress characteristics of the main tunnel structure.[Method]Based on the first shield method connecting passage project in Tianjin Metro,by using finite element software to simulate the construction process of the mentioned connecting passage,the impact of this construction method on the stress and deformation of the main tunnel structure is analyzed,and corresponding control measures are proposed.[Result&Conclusion]At the launching stage of the connecting passage,due to the jacking and cutting actions on the originating tunnel,segments near the portal experience significant deformation and stress changes,with the maximum horizontal displacement occurring at segments on arch waist opposite to portal.During the receiving stage,the receiving tunnel is affected by cutting actions and soil excavation unloading,resulting in significant segment internal force changes l and deformation towards the connecting passage.Overall,the affected area mainly centers approximately in 10 m periphery on both sides of the connecting passage axis,about 3 times the diameter of the connecting passage.Based on this,attention should be given to the segments near the jacking and portal areas.To ensure construction safety,it is recommended to optimize the internal support system by reducing the support range of the gantry shoe to twice the connecting passage diameter,and cut off the construction cost by reducing the thickness of the gantry steel plate or the thickness of the support steel pipe wall.
