老年食管癌应用放化结合治疗与单纯放疗的效果及安全性价值分析

摘　　要：目的对比老年食管癌患者放化结合治疗以及单纯放射治疗的效果和安全性。方法选取2020年1月—2023年6月南京市江宁医院收治的老年食管癌患者60例,采用随机数表法分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例),分别应用单纯放疗、放化结合治疗,对比两组治疗效果、肿瘤标志物、安全性、预后情况。结果研究组治疗有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05)。研究组各项肿瘤标志物水平下降情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组预后情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组安全性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在老年食管癌治疗中,相比于单纯放射治疗,放化结合治疗不但可以提高治疗效果,促进肿瘤标志物水平下降,还有助于改善预后,并且不会增加不良反应。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of combined chemoradiotherapy and radiotherapy alone in elderly patients with esophageal cancer.Methods Sixty elderly patients with esophageal cancer treated in Nanjing Ji⁃angning Hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(30 cases)and study group(30 cases)by random number table method,and were treated with radiotherapy alone and radiotherapy com⁃bined with chemoradiotherapy,respectively.The therapeutic effect,tumor markers,safety and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05).The reduction of tumor markers in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The prognosis of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly esophageal cancer,compared with radiotherapy alone,combination of radio⁃therapy and chemotherapy can not only improve the therapeutic effect,promote the reduction of tumor marker levels,but also help to improve the prognosis without increasing adverse reactions.
