南充高新技术企业发展分析及对策

摘　　要：掌握高新技术企业发展现状、解析企业科技创新存在的不足、研究培育和发展高新技术企业的有效措施,对保持和强化高新技术企业的创新主体地位、促进高新技术产业发展、增强地区科技竞争力具有重要意义。运用数据分析2018—2022年南充高新技术企业发展状况,从创新投入、创新产出和经济效益等角度展开自主创新发展实证研究。研究发现,在企业质数、领域发展、创新和盈利能力、扶持政策等方面存在诸多问题,为此提出需要政府、企业和市场充分互动,着力完善政策梯次培育,构建领军企业平台,加大投入激发活力,促进成果产出转化,校企合作培养人才,优化环境引导发展等高新技术企业递进发展的对策建议。Mastering the current development status of high-tech enterprises,analyzing the shortcomings of technological innovation in enterprises,researching effective measures to cultivate and develop high-tech enterprises,is of great significance for maintaining and strengthening the innovation subject position of high-tech enterprises,promoting the development of high-tech industries,and enhancing the regional scientific and technological competitiveness.Data analysis is used to elaborate on the development status of high-tech enterprises in Nanchong from 2018 to 2022,and conducts empirical research on independent innovation development from the perspectives of innovation input,innovation output,and economic benefits.The study found many problems in the areas of enterprise quality,field development,innovation and profitability,and support policies.Therefore,it is necessary for the government,enterprises,and the market to fully interact,focus on improving policy hierarchy cultivation,building leading enterprise platforms,increasing investment to stimulate vitality,promoting output transformation,school enterprise cooperation to cultivate talents,optimizing the environment to guide development,and other countermeasures and suggestions for the progressive development of high-tech enterprises.
