摘　　要：在科学技术飞速发展的今天,各个行业之间的竞争越来越激烈,为了提高企业的经济效益,应从自身的经济利益角度出发,在建设项目的实施过程中,要加强建设项目的造价管理,制定一套行之有效的施工预算核算方法和策略,从而提高企业的综合竞争力和经济效益。有鉴于此,文章对建筑工程成本管理中施工预算的作用进行了深入的分析和研究,并提出了一些优化的对策,以供业内人士参阅和借鉴,进而更好地推动行业的进步与发展。In today's rapid development of science and technology,competition among various industries is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to improve the economic benefits of enterprises,we should start from the perspective of our own economic interests.In the implementation process of construction projects,we should strengthen the cost management of construction projects,formulate an effective set of construction budget accounting methods and strategies,thereby improving the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises and enhancing their economic benefits.In view of this,the article conducts in-depth analysis and research on the role of construction budget in cost management of construction projects,and proposes some optimization strategies for industry professionals to refer to and learn from,thereby better promoting the progress and development of the industry.
