摘 要:从职业发展规划的角度构建新生员工培训体系,能够使整个培训活动符合新生员工的职业发展历程,满足新生员工职业发展需求,提升培训工作的针对性和有效性,也可以激发新生员工参与培训的热情和动力,促进新生员工工作能力的快速提升。由此,文章着重分析了目前我国企业在对新生员工培训过程中存在的相关问题,又分析培训需求、设计培训项目、组织培训实施、评估培训效果四个方面,提出了以职业发展规划为基础的新生员工培训体系构建思路。Building a new employee training system from the perspective of career development planning can align the entire training activity with the career development process of new employees,meet their career development needs,enhance the targeted and effective training work,stimulate their enthusiasm and motivation to participate in training,and promote the rapid improvement of their work abilities.Therefore,this article focuses on analyzing the relevant problems that currently exist in the training process for new employees in Chinese enterprises.Based on a detailed analysis of the problems,a new employee training system with career development planning as the goal is proposed from four aspects:analyzing training needs,designing training projects,organizing training implementation,and evaluating training effectiveness.
