新时代中国共产党的使命任务话语体系的建构语境、核心内容与价值意蕴

摘　　要：新时代,中国共产党凝练了“使命”“初心和使命”“历史使命”“使命任务”等相关话语,建构了中国共产党的使命任务话语体系。这一话语体系建构是源自于党对马克思主义政党建设理论的守正创新、沉淀于党对百余年来履行使命任务的概括凝练、立足于党积极应对“两个大局”的现实需要。中国共产党的使命任务话语体系中“为中国人民谋幸福”“为中华民族谋复兴”“以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴”“为世界谋大同”等核心话语突出党的价值旨归、揭示党的目标指向、体现党的道路自信以及彰显党的天下情怀。这一话语体系建构具有诠释政党执政理念、塑造政党良好形象、激发历史主动精神等价值。In the new era,the CPC has constructed the CPC’s mission discourse system with such relevant phrases as“mission”,“original aspiration and founding mission”,“historic mission”,“missions and tasks”and so on,which are derived from the Party’s innovation in adhering to the Marxist theory of party building,the deposit of the Party’s more than 100 years mission performance,and the Party’s practical needs to take“both the domestic and international situations”into active consideration.In the discourse system of the CPC missions and tasks,the core discourse involves such words as“being dedicated to pursuing happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation”,“advancing the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through a Chinese path to modernization”,and“being dedicated to world harmony”.They highlight the Party’s value purview,reveal the Party’s goal direction,reflect the Party’s confidence in its path and show the Party’s feelings about the world.The construction of such a discourse system is valuable for interpreting the Party’s governing idea,building a good image of the Party,and evoking the spirit of historical initiative.
