摘　　要：皮下脂肪瘤是一种软组织良性肿瘤,结构上由大量成熟脂肪组织和较多结缔组织或血管形成,目前通常采用手术和微创吸脂等手段祛除既有病灶,尚没有控制新瘤体不断出现的有效药物,且往往此处切除它处又生,而且对于多发性脂肪瘤束手无策。中医学“阳化气,阴成形”理论认为,皮下脂肪瘤等实性产物与“阳化气不足,阴成形太过”密切相关,以“温阳化阴”为基本法则对于皮下脂肪瘤尤其是多发性脂肪瘤治疗有重要临床意义。Subcutaneous lipoma is a benign soft tissue tumor,composed primarily of mature adipose tissue along with substantial connective tissue or blood vessels.Currently,surgical excision and minimally invasive liposuction are commonly employed to remove existing lesions.However,there are no effective medications available to prevent the continuous development of new tumors,usually leading to a recurrence in different locations.This is particularly challenging for cases involving multiple lipomas,where treatment options are limited.According to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the theory of yang transforming qi while yin constituting form suggests that the occurrence of solid entities like subcutaneous lipoma is closely associated with insufficient yang qi transformation and excessive yin substance formation.Therefore,the principle of warming yang and transforming yin is of significant clinical importance in the treatment of subcutaneous lipoma,especially those that are multiple.
