摘 要:沥青路面冷再生技术与传统的沥青路面维修方式相比,能够节约大量的沥青、砂石等原材料,减少工程投资,同时有利于废料处理、保护环境,因而具有显著的经济效益和社会效益,为此开展冷再生技术沥青路面车辙变形和疲劳寿命研究。采用ABAQUS有限元软件,建立了3种路面结构的仿真模型,获取了沥青面层和其他结构层的材料参数,并基于现场试验数据验证了模型的正确性,确定了沥青路面永久变形等效温度场,以更好地计算冷再生沥青路面车辙变形量。此外,对比分析了乳化沥青和泡沫沥青冷再生路面结构的力学响应和疲劳寿命预估,并基于分析结果给出了相应的工程建议。Compared with traditional asphalt pavement maintenance methods,cold recycling technology can save a large amount of raw materials such as asphalt and sand as well as engineering investment,and is beneficial for waste treatment and environmental protection.Therefore,it has significant economic and social benefits.Research on the rutting deformation and fatigue life of asphalt pavement by cold recycling technology are conducted.Three pavement structural models were established by ABAQUS finite element software to obtain material parameters of asphalt surface layer and other structural layers.The correctness of the model was verified by on-site test data.The equivalent temperature field of permanent deformation of asphalt pavement was determined to better calculate the rutting deformation of cold regenerated asphalt pavement.In addition,the mechanical response and fatigue life prediction of emulsified asphalt and foam asphalt cold recycling pavement structures were compared and analyzed,and corresponding engineering suggestions were given based on the analysis results.
