摘 要:为解决航空发动机及系统维修价格高昂、维修车间场地和危险性等因素的限制,该文基于数字孪生配合VR/AR/MR技术,构建了民用发动机维护与试车实验资源,并提出了总体设计框架结构,包括VR端配合Leap Motion和MR端的设计方案,借助头盔显示器、手势控制设备,通过注册跟踪技术、手势识别、虚实融合、语音交互技术等,可使学生在数字化环境中与虚拟对象进行交互,以便体验者在融合的环境中获得身临其境的体验感。最后,以某航空发动机部件为例,表明了基于数字孪生和3R技术在民用发动机维修培训中的可行性。To address the restrictive factors such as the high maintenance cost of aircraft engine and systems,and limitations of the maintenance workshop and the hazards,this article constructs the experimental resources for civil engine maintenance and commissioning based on the digital twin with VR/AR/MR technology,and proposes the overall design framework structure,including the VR end with Leap Motion and MR end design scheme.With the help of helmet display and gesture control equipment,the technologies of registration tracking,gesture recognition,virtual and real fusion,and voice interaction allow students to interact with virtual objects in a digital environment so that the user gets an immersive sense of experience in a converged environment.Finally,with an aero-engine component as an example,the feasibility of digital twin and 3R technology in civilian engine maintenance training is displayed.
