摘  要:混凝土搅拌车在工程建设中用途广泛,随着双碳经济的发展,搅拌车的轻量化逐渐成为企业中关注的问题。为了提高混凝土搅拌运输车的燃油经济性和整体稳定性,本文研究了3方自动上下料搅拌车车架在满载工作时上坡、下坡,静止状态下的铲斗举起和平放这4种工况的受力变化,并利用ANSYS软件对此4种典型工况进行了静力学分析,通过分析结果对比出最危险的工况后采用响应面分析并优化。研究结果表明,优化后的车架在重量减轻的同时也满足了材料的性能指标,最终达到了轻量化和节能降耗的目的。Concrete mixer truck is widely used in engineering construction.With the development of dual carbon economy,the lightweight of mixer trucks has gradually become a concern of enterprises.In order to improve the fuel e⁃conomy and overall stability of the concrete mixing truck,this paper studies the force changes of the four working con⁃ditions of the three-party automatic loading and unloading mixing truck frame when it is uphill and downhill at full load,and the bucket is lifted and placed in static state.The static analysis of the four typical working conditions was carried out by using ANSYS software.The response surface analysis and optimization were used after the analysis re⁃sults were compared to the most dangerous working conditions.The results show that the optimized frame meets the performance index of the material while reducing the weight,and ultimately achieves the purpose of lightweight and energy saving.
