摘　　要：西晋王朝的治乱兴亡与北方边疆形势之间紧密互动、亦步亦趋的历史现象,体现了边疆经略对于国家长治久安的重大意义。西晋前期,晋武帝对北方边疆采取以抚为主、镇抚结合、加强管理的经略方针,维护了北方边疆的稳定,推动了“太康之治”盛世局面的形成。西晋后期,统治者昏庸无能,腐朽残暴,引发北方边疆大规模的反晋斗争,继而引发“永嘉之乱”和“衣冠南渡”的乱局,直接导致西晋王朝的覆亡。西晋王朝的北方边疆经略表明,边疆经略不仅关系边疆局部利益,而且关系国家治乱兴亡的大局,为理解和解释西晋王朝乃至中国历代中原王朝的治乱兴亡提供了新思路,具有深远的历史启示意义。The historical phenomenon of close interaction between the rise and fall of the Western Jin Dynasty and the situation in the northern frontier reflects the great significance of the frontier strategy to the iong-term peace and stability of the country.In the early period of the Western Jin Dynasty,Emperor Jinwudi adopted the strategic policy of mainly caressing,combining suppression and pacification,and strengthening management on the northern frontier,which maintained the stability of the northern frontier and promoted the formation of the Golden Years of Taikang.In the later period of the Western Jin Dynasty,because of the rulers'tyranny,the large-scale people's uprisings and anti-Jin struggles continued in the northern frontier,which leading to the YongJia Turmoil,the Gate Valve Clan Crossing to the South and the fall of the Western Jin Dynasty.The northern frontier strategy of the Western Jin Dynasty shows that the frontier strategy is not only related to the local interests of the frontier,but also related to the overall situation of the rise and fall of the country,which provides a new idea for understanding and interpreting the rise and fall of the Western Jin Dynasty and even all the Central Plains Dynasties,and has far-reaching historical enlightenment significance.
