西班牙新华商群体社会融入的特征与困境

摘　　要：新华商是西班牙社会一支年轻有活力的群体,也是西班牙华人社会的主体。经济融入既是社会融入的维度之一,也是影响其他维度的关键因素。移民路径、行业选择的同质性及中国制造业的崛起助推新华商群体经济融入的“模式化”,这一特征在推进经济深度融入的同时,也对其他维度带来消极影响。居住模式的“流动性”、企业经营的家族化和社会关系的相对封闭性特征共同决定了社区融入的低水平;语言障碍、教育观念等主观因素与文化隔阅、媒体“污名化”等外部因素限制了新华商的文化融入,但新生代已显现出更高的融入意愿和能力;受入籍人数较少、“重商轻政”传统和社团引导作用有限等因素影响,新华商群体的参政水平不高。The new Chinese businessmen are a young and dynamic group in Spanish society,and also the main body of Chinese community in Spain.Economic integration is not only one of the dimensions of social integration,but also a key factor affecting other dimensions.The path of immigration,the homogeneity of industry choice and the rise of China's manufacturing industry have promoted the"pattern-forming"of economic integration of the new Chinese businessmen,which has a negative impact on other dimensions while promoting deep economic integration.The"mobility"of residence mode,the family nature of enterprise management and the relative"isolation"in social relations have jointly led to their low level of community integration.Subjective factors such as language barriers and educational concept as well as external factors such as cultural barriers and media stigmatization have limited the cultural integration of the new Chinese businessmen,but the new generation has shown a higher willingness and greater ability to integrate.However,affected by such factors as small number of naturalization,the tradition of"emphasizing business over politics"and the limited role of community organization guidance,the level of political participation of the new Chinese businessmen is not high.
